He holds engineering degrees from the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs and a doctorate in economic development from New Mexico State University. Mr. Ziarnick founded Silver Delta Holdings to assist buyers and sellers participate in non-traditional finance economy upon retirement from the United States Air Force, where he served twenty years as a space operations officer and military strategist.
